Finance Business Transformation Partner

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Transformation Partner to sit within the Procurement and Business Transformation team. By working with COOs and Heads of Departments, you can directly change the financial figures to bring a big impact on EU business and our customers. You will learn the UNIQLO Europe operations and will be exposed to the different elements of business challenges and opportunities leading to transforming higher profitability structures.
The purpose of this role is to be a change leader of the UNIQLO Europe business, analyse the figures to find cost-saving opportunities and execute strategic projects with various departments to bring results. As the business grows, it is imperative for the company to control costs and accelerate strategic investments to change the Profit and Loss structure.
What you will be responsible for
Cost analysis and governance control- Identifying cost-saving and strategic investment opportunities by understanding the operation and cost drivers across the business- Monitoring cost savings achieved after execution and analysing cost optimisation outcome- Coordinating with various teams across the business, including global entities, to drive cost optimization opportunities- Analysing general ledger data, review contracts and developing an understanding of key cost optimization drivers- Leading projects and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver an outcome within set timelines- Ensuring proper end-to-end purchasing Policy is followed by all stakeholders and building a cost consciousness environment across EU business.
Strategic Business Partner- Partnering with CEO, CFO, COOs and Heads of department to understand the business, growing opportunities and build a strong execution plan- Assessing the performance of responsible departments from an objective view to help resolve issues and bring changes in business results- Managing and developing regional and global business transformation projects
Strategic supplier management and investment- Running purchasing committee with management to determine the objectives and ROI and determine if the cost is justified- Developing costs/supplier database and analysing the information gathered as benchmark tool in decision making process- Take initiative in educating the department and identifying areas of improvement for the whole Purchasing Committee operation
Experience- At least full 5 years experience within Finance, Consulting or Procurement- Experience in business partnering role and excellent execution skills- Experience working in a fast-paced and high pressured working environment
