**Business Analyst**
**Tasks**:

- Work with client stakeholders, external parties and partners to capture and analyse requirements
- Manage and own client relationships, proactively highlighting risks, issues or dependencies
- Customer centric approach, considering the end-user in the design, anticipating requirements, suggesting areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Effectively communicating updates to cross-functional team members and stakeholders, whilst staying on top of the latest process and IT advancements
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
- Supporting the Delivery Lead in developing project plans, and monitoring performance

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum 2.1 Bachelor's degree is required in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technology-related field
- Excellent communications skills
- A passion for technology and a strong interest in becoming a cloud specialist
- Flexibility regarding local and international travel and flexible attitude towards working across different client projects
- Desired programming language skills: C#,.NET
- Preferred 2 years experience as an analyst
