Early detection and treatment of chronic Gastrointestinal (GI) diseases and cancers can be key to better outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with a bold portfolio of mínimally invasive GI solutions. The Gastrointestinal (GI) Operating Unit focuses on delivering unmatched value to its customers by providing innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes, lower the cost of healthcare delivery and allow early detection and treatment of chronic diseases and cancers affecting the entire GI Tract. This position will cover the territory of Southwest UK as well as South Wales.
**A Day in the Life**
You will be responsible for:
- Presenting, in-servicing, and selling a diverse GI portfolio into assigned accounts within the territory.
- Building strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through clinical selling.
- Delivering Medtronic value proposition and promoting the brand across the territory.
- Achieving agreed budgets with a strong focus on sales growth.
- Working mainly in the endoscopy environment, with some time spent in Interventional Radiology and Surgery. Supporting and advising GI Endoscopists, Interventional Radiologists, Surgeons and Nurses.
**Must Haves**
- Graduate educated (or equivalent professional skills)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Full, clean driving license
**Nice to Haves**
- Previous GI/Endoscopy experience
