Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for a Programme Surveyor to join our team based in Worcester, Malvern, Droitwich and Ledbury.

**What could you be doing?**

You will be surveying, specifying and supporting the delivery of programme works in relation to the planned maintenance, improvement and refurbishment of our Customers’ homes and estate assets.

In this pivotal role you will really make a difference to our Customers’ homes as you will help support the kitchen and bathroom programme works. You’ll also be a key point of contact and liaise with customers, carrying out post and quality inspections and dealing with any complaints, working hard to resolve these satisfactorily. You’ll also support the programme roofing maintenance and refurbishment works by carrying out roofing surveys and post inspections too.

There will be lots of project management; coordinating, working and liaising with internal teams and external contractors and agencies too which will make this a really varied and interesting role.

**Some things we need from you**:

- You’ll have significant experience in the housing or construction industry and have a good technical understanding of construction and maintenance
- Have good working knowledge of building regulations and construction health and safety
- You will have experience of successfully liaising with project teams, contractors and agencies to deliver programmes of maintenance works
- Have a focus on performance and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in managing kitchen and bathroom designs and installations, working from CAD designs, measuring and using National Federation schedule of rates
- Experience and knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework relevant to programmes of works and maintenance
- Ability to produce clear, concise and well written reports
- Committed to customer service in all activities, be passionate about the quality of service and ensure standards are met with a right first time mentality
- Proactive with regard to your own workload and thinks ahead
- Delivers results to a consistently high standard
- Self-motivated, organised, able to work independently or as part of a team
- You will be a Good communicator with the ability to work with others and offer flexibility to achieve the teams objectives
- Ability to interpret information, carry out research, analyse complex data, make sound judgements, appraise performance and manage risk
- Approachable and represent the organisation positively and professionally
- Flexibility of working hours to meet deadlines as necessary
- This is a mobile role with travel across the operating area which includes rural properties so a full UK driving licence is essential
