We have an exciting opportunity at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds for an administrator to join our Fleet team

We are offering a £21,000 Basic Salary Plus Company Benefits

**About the Role**
Your day to day activities will include:

- Tax New vehicles using the Retail Facility processes and procedures
- Complete invoices for new vehicles and allocate vehicles
- Basic admin duties such as: filing, photocopying, binding and typing
- Handling external or internal communication and management systems
- Management of office equipment
- Answering the telephone and passing on messages

**About You**
For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in administration, data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial.
