Are you looking for a new career and would like to work for one of the UK's leading manufacturer? If yes, they are looking to recruit a **Technical Advisor** to join their well-established team in Belper, Derbyshire on a **full-time permanent basis.**

**_Please note the below role will be based on-site so you would need to live in Belper/Derby or the surrounding areas and be able to easily commute to this location. This is not a remote position._**
- The start date for this role will be Monday 3rd April_

**What does the Technical Advisor Role involve?**
- Working as part of the Service Technical department providing technical advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users.
- Interpret and explain technical information and instructions.
- Understand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy.
- You should be confident giving technical advice and aim to give our customers world class customer service.
- You will be target driven and your performance will be measured on achieving KPI's. (key performance indicators)

Working Hours: 39.5 hours standard per week (Mon-Fri) + 1 Saturday every 4 weeks 9am - 12pm.
**Rotas are advised 4 weeks advance.**

**Salary**: £24,647 per annum + bonus and multiple company benefits

**What will you bring to the Technical Advisor role?**
- A passion for providing great customer service and you pride yourself on exceeding the expectations of our customers.
- A good problem-solving aptitude which enables you to diagnose possible faults with accuracy.
- A good understanding of salesforce or similar CRM system.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

**Where would I be working as a Technical Advisor?**

Our client is based in Belper, so if you have access to your own car and live in surrounding areas, great If you are limited to public transport, there are bus stops a short walk from the site (just over 30 minutes if you are traveling from Ripley or Derby city centre), bus stop is located just outside the building, free parking available too.
