£25,000 - £30,000/annum

Office based role - Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00pm with one unpaid hour break for lunch.

25 days holiday per annum including the 3 days between Christmas and New Year when the business is closed.

Founded by the renowned British interior designer, Fiona Barratt-Campbell in 2013, FBC London is an exclusive collection of handcrafted furniture which embodies Fiona’s signature style of simplistic elegance, luxurious detailing, and richly textured finishes.

We are looking for someone to be part of our small and friendly team to assist the Director of Sales and the Head of Procurement at our London flagship showroom on Pimlico Road.

The Company Team Assistant for FBC London will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing operational support and being able to assist the team in overseeing all day-to-day administration.

The Operations Assistant will have:

- Educated to degree level.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to answer client’s questions and queries in person and on the phone.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Have a dynamic approach to their work being flexible, professional, compliant, and diligent

under pressure.
- Fluency in English is a must; a knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.
- Excellent computer skills including InDesign, Power Point, Word, Excel, Power Point and

Outlook.
- Experience in Adobe suite would be beneficial.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Maintain customer records and update the database.
- Responsible for sending samples to clients and suppliers.
- Provide support to the owner and the director of the company as and when required.
- Work alongside the sales team providing day to day support across the board (sales quotations,

liaising shipping etc )
- Assist and organising campaign photoshoots, in house events and parties.
- Assist showroom manager with showroom duties
- Organise the sample and image library.
- Update marketing materials, technical documents, website and social media.
- Communicate with agents regarding customer orders, samples, brochures, and other relevant information.

References essential.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
