Join Egger’s New Clerkenwell Showroom as the **Showroom Assistant**.

The Showroom Assistant holds a pivotal position working closely with the Showroom Manager to uphold the showroom's daily operations and ensure effective management. Embracing opportunities to engage at Company events, this role places strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service, making it a dynamic and rewarding opportunity. Your passion for interior design will be key to your success

Please note that this is a part time position.

**Your Tasks**
- Help with the stock management of the sample room and processing orders for samples.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the showroom, offering advice and guidance on our product portfolio.
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Meet and exceed targets set by the National Sales Manager, promoting products and services, and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling partner brands.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Follow up on sample leads to develop further opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating showroom events such as product launches and client presentations.

**Our Requirements**
- Good standard of secondary education.
- Previous experience in a related role preferred to bring added insight and capability.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering outstanding customer service, administration, or sales.
- A passion for interior design and a keen understanding of current trends and styles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at supporting clients and collaborating effectively within a team.
- Entry-level sales skills paired with a strong eagerness to learn and grow in this area.
- Robust organisational and time management abilities, proficient in multitasking and prioritisation.
- Intermediate proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office programs for effective workflow.
- Willingness to accommodate occasional evening commitments as necessary.
