Our MyMoments Team develop and install touch-screen kiosks in Football Clubs and Attractions worldwide, enabling visitors to personalise their own memories and souvenirs through our innovative and unparalleled system.
**Job description**:
Adventa are recruiting a MyMoments Operations Lead for their office located in Newtown. The exciting and varied role involves offering technical customer support and physically installing new equipment into new attractions and sports clubs. There is one other computer-based technician in the team you will lead.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the MyMoments Sales team to ensure all components are branded and prepared for a location
- Ensure Kiosks, Print Stations and Touch Screen displays are built, branded and configured and available for rapid deployment
- Managing component stock
- Collaborating with venues to arrange installs
- Manage installations in-line with agreed timeline
- Train staff on-site with product assembly, printer consumables, FAQs and troubleshooting
- Manage any re-siting of kiosks
- Lead the support team and be included on an intermittent weekend support service
- Troubleshoot customer issues, working with the other MyMoments Technician
- Support sales and marketing team in getting organised for trade exhibitions
**Key Skills/Attributes/Qualifications**
- High attention to detail, with a logical and systematic approach to fault finding and project management
- Keen interest in IT
- 100% positive alignment with the company values (Willing, Accountable and Adventurous)
- Good team player and motivator, to lead the team and ensure execution
- Proactively use initiative to overcome roadblocks, with the mindset of what is best for the customer
- Valid driving license for on-site visits
Pay: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
