Job Description:
Customer Support is a critical role within the support operation for Quartix, you will be responsible for supporting our UK based customers when the system is not working or when they require changes to the system.
The aim of this role is to provide the highest level of customer support for our UK based customers and to resolve those cases in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer. The team handle cases raised through various channels such as email, phone and live chat.
Customer satisfaction is also at the heart of everything we do, and we gain vital customer feedback through closed case surveys. This allows us to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and offer our staff praise and support where needed.
About You:
Quartix are looking for somebody with the ability to empathise and understand our customers’ needs along with a problem-solving mindset which will allow the candidate to provide the highest level of support to our customers.
The ability to be organised and multitask are skills that would be utilised daily and that would allow the candidate to excel in the role.
As a member of the Support team, you will have team targets to achieve but there will also be individual targets, so the ability to manage your daily workload is a key skill that would be required of any successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will also be able to work as an individual, in a small team and as part of the wider Quartix organisation.
Full training on the Quartix product and support tools will be provided.
