**Job ** **Purpose**:
This is an exciting new role bringing together our Shaping Spaces young people and all ages programme that support people with emotional health and wellbeing. The project is centered around access to nature and environmental action.

The project will support people who are lonely, isolated, new to Bradford or the U.K., wish to improve their wellbeing whilst learning about conservation and the environment, meet new people, learn new skills, and keep active whilst doing something positive for the natural environment and wildlife.

As a Community Wellbeing Practitioner, you will deliver group activities and one2one support for participants with a focus on early intervention and community based support.

A part time working week of 15 hours per week, this post will involve delivery two days per week (provisionally Wednesday and Thursday).
