**The Opportunity**

Developing stronger, more purposeful relationships is core to the future success of Arup. With a small number of clients generating a high proportion of our regional income, the UKIMEA client programme has been established to ensure we invest more time and effort building relationships with the clients we want to work with long-term.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is an exciting approach to marketing within Arup, that provides creative and strategic marketing support to help enhance the relationships with key client within UKIMEA.

The Account-Based Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role within three client relationship teams (a mix of public and private sector clients), to help them truly understand the key issues and needs of a client, and then develop ABM strategies to support positioning and engagement activity that helps enhance our relationship.

The role will involve a wider variety of strategic activity, including undertaking research to develop insights around the client and the decision-making unit, supporting the relationship team to identify core areas of priority (fields of play), stakeholder and perception mapping through to developing value propositions and highly targeted marketing deliverables.

As this is a relatively new role within Arup, the position also involves educating the wider business of the value of ABM, the importance of client-centric planning and engagement, and connecting into other CMC colleagues planned activity - to ensure the client is getting the best of Arup.

- Experience / interest in developing marketing strategy and campaigns
- Experience of the professional services sector
