**Marketing Coordinator Role at Architectural Firm**

A leading architectural firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic communications team. This role is integral to the development and implementation of our global marketing strategy, working under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Lead and in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager.

**Role Overview**:

- **Job Title**: Marketing Coordinator
- **Location**: Position based within the firm's marketing team.
- **Reporting To**: Digital Marketing Lead, and ultimately to the Marketing and Communications Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in crafting standard and bespoke brochures using InDesign for both print and digital formats, ensuring compliance with style guidelines.
- Proofread marketing materials to correct errors and maintain the firm's high-quality standards.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's projects and teams for effective communication.
- Maintain and update the firm's standard presentations and digital platforms, including the website and social media channels.
- Engage with digital communities, planning content calendars, and developing campaigns to boost engagement.
- Perform competitor analysis and stay abreast of emerging digital trends to enhance our digital presence.
- Support the logistics and promotion of external marketing events as required.

**Qualities and Skills Required**:

- Proven ability to undertake the responsibilities listed, with a legal eligibility to work in the specified location.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- An interest in architecture, content creation, and social media campaigns, with a good understanding of platform metrics.
- Flexibility in work hours to meet deadlines and support campaign and event execution.
