Your key responsibilities will be to provide essential administrative support to the Resourcing and People Team in a collaborative and inclusive way. This role has a key responsibility for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), as well as involvement in other aspects of the HR onboarding process.

This is a role which will allow you to develop your HR career. You will have exposure to basic enquires and provide full administrative support using IT and HR systems. Please see the Job description for full details.

**About you**

You should have:

- Any relevant HR qualification would be useful but is not essential as a basic understanding or what is involved in HR and Onboarding can be equivalent.
- Good organisational and methodical skills, while knowing how to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and written skills will also stand you in good stead.
