**Members Enquiries Officer**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Council’s Member Enquiries Service as a Members Enquiries Officer.

This role is required to ensure the effective delivery of the Council wide service of MP and member’s enquiries management. The post holder will on top of managing casework, provide advice and guidance to members and other stakeholders including senior managers within all Council services in the delivery of this service.

Knowledge and experience of local government casework is essential as is the use of an electronic case management system and an excellent understanding of how to deliver a good service to members as well as residents.
