Resuscitation & Clinical Skills Facilitator

**The Role**:
These roles will be focused on providing contemporary, evidence based resuscitation and clinical skills education and training for clinical staff across all disciplines and grades. Working as part of a small team, you will be required to work with clinical teams to identify learning needs, develop and implement programmes of education and evaluate outcomes. The roles will be focused on enhancing patient safety through continuous quality improvements.

**What we'll need you to bring**:
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with valid NMC Registration ; or Allied Health Professional with valid HCPC Registration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards within the speciality / area of practice
- Leadership skills to enable the day - to - day management of service delivery.
- The postholder will possess excellent team-working / leadership skills and have the ability to motivate others and work using own initiative
- Excellent team / group facilitation skills
- Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills Working knowledge of basic information technology
**It would be great if you also have**:
- Masters level of degree of equivalent
- Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Education or equivalent qualification
- Involvement in Quality Improvement programmes
- Clinical leadership experience
- Knowledge of quality Improvement methodologies and techniques
- Knowledge of management team and group dynamics
