This is an exciting opportunity for two clinical psychologists to support capacity building within NHS Lanarkshire CAMHS early Intervention services including provision of LIAM, building capacity through Training, Supervision and Coaching of universal staff and Early Intervention Services.
- A post-graduate Doctoral Level (or equivalent) degree in Clinical or Counselling or Health Psychology and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Registered Clinical or Registered Counselling or Registered Health Psychologist.
- Significant experience in working with individuals, their family or carers, who experience complex and enduring mental health difficulties
- Significant experience in supporting, teaching and consultation with other mental health professionals working within psychological settings
- Proven ability to undertake formative and summative clinical assessments, and prepare reports demonstrating interpretation of findings
- Completed recognised formal training in supervision of applied psychologists
- Completed further courses of additional learning relevant to the clinical skills demanded by the post as identified in the Role Profile.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and current clinical standards/guidelines, and knowledge of relevant local, and national policies, guidelines, and standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to work co-operatively as a member of a multi-professional/multi-agency service and within wider systems. This includes skills of consultation, liaison and negotiation.
- Demonstrate experience of leading on projects and/or supporting senior psychologists in managing their remit within the Service.
