Are you a qualified accountant who has a passion to move in to a new role allowing you to support, influence and challenge? If so,I have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a global manufacturing firm on a permanent basis. This company have recently grown through acquisition and they have restructured their finance team. The team are very supportive and inclusive.This is a great time to join them. Sound good?

What is involved:

- Working closely with the Senior Finance business partner you will be introduced to key stakeholders within the business.
- You will act as a strong finance partner driving strategic initiatives through a data-driven approach.
- Provide support to Directors and Senior Finance Business Partner
- Support with forecasting, reviews and monitoring data trends
- Diving deep in to data, identifying ways for improvement and then presenting conclusions
- Ensure the Senior Finance Business partner has all the necessary support to implement business decisions, always driven by data.
- Create and produce reports
- Closely monitor and advise upon key commercial variances.
- Work with commercial teams to provide analysis, insights and be a sounding board for the team.
- You will be involved in acquisition projects
- Management of new business tenders and existing commercial contracts
- Fully focused of forecasting accuracy, ensuring any inaccuracies are understood and addressed.

Your Profile:

- Ideally, you will be qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent
- Experience working within a commercial environment
- Analytical, commercial, customer focussed and results driven
- Trade or Retail experience would be an advantage
- Confident collaborating with various departments
- Willing to learn, develop and give the role 100%
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills required.

In return:
You will be offered a starting salary of up to £45,000, there is a company pension and you will get an amazing 28 days holiday + Bank At the moment, they offer hybrid working, 2 days at home, 3 days in the office. They have many more benefits which we willdiscuss when you apply.
