**Purpose**: This role is to work to support a highly skilled team servicing client businesses, this is an opportunity for a person with good administration and organisation skills to deliver support to the team who deliver our externally facing HR services.
The role offers an opportunity to work amongst a team of experienced HR professionals.
- Provide hands-on support in data input into HRIS - making sure to balance speed and accuracy
- Inputting payroll and benefits data
- Producing basic letters and documents in MS Word and MS Excel using templates and following process guides
- Working with client recruits to take them through screening processes and encourage speedy completion of processes, and supply of data
- Reviewing screening outputs and highlighting any red flags- Retrieving basic data from files and systems
- Perform four eyes check on outgoing correspondence and documentation; and
- Externally billable HR administration tasks as delegated including; new starters, induction, leavers, rights to work, maintaining folders and documentation.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- A proven track record in a process driven administration or customer services role
- Computer literate and proficient in basic MS Word,Excel and Powerpoint
- Ideally educated beyond GCSE, but GCSE English and Mathematics at A-C grades or equivalent and above a must
- Early stages of working towards a CIPD qualification
- Strong desire to work in HR
- Strong interest/skills in data entry and administrative tasks
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Previous database administration experience a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
- A confident & positive can-do attitude, whilst knowing and respecting the boundaries of the role: and
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

- A hard-working, completer-finisher would fit well into the team
- Must be organised and methodical and able to follow processes to the letter, even when the work can be mundane or repetitive
- Should be sociable and professional but not too easily distracted; and
- Common-sense and mature thinking are essential.
