A Global Art Gallery is recruiting for a HR Administrator to be based in the their central London location and help support the HR Manager.

This is an admin heavy and 'people' heavy role and will involve having an 'open door' HR policy, and undertaking day to day HR admin as well undertaking HR projects (including taking notes at challenging meetings ie dismissals, helping create an annual appraisal process, extracting HR data and working on ideas to improve the HR function).

Other duties include
- HR administrative support for all the Group brands in the UK and Europe
Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance and/or escalate to HRM.
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leavers, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Working closely with internal and external contacts in order to process the monthly payroll.
Working with the teams in Europe in order to manage employee reporting data.
Coordinating compulsory training and ensuring all internal processes are followed.
Administering the online recruitment platform, including posting vacancies, writing job adverts and monitoring reception of CV’s.
Produce and submit any regular or ad hoc reports as required.
Supporting the HRM with day-to-day operational HR tasks, administration activities and/or projects.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a HR Assistant/ Administrator position (minimum 1 year)
Fluent English
Strong ability to use MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Experience in using HR Database
Ability to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organisational, time management skills and ability to work under pressure

The role will be 5 days in the office for 6 months and then 4 days in the office and 1 dat WFH. Excellent benefits plus training for a career in HR (including CIPD).

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
