The Role:
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months and ideally an immediate start.

This position of Digital Coordinator is to support the Digital and Marketing team across the UK & MEA territories. Reporting into the Digital Manager, key tasks will include:
Marketing
- Non - linear platforms - compiling monthly and quarterly highlights for affiliates (FAST, Players), ensuring all relevant digital assets are shared
- Coordinating UK digital paid media campaigns with key online publications (e.g. TVguide.co.uk) collating and ensuring the timely delivery of all assets requested for the campaigns, coordinating reports with the third party vendors
- Sourcing and sharing all relevant assets for the two annual CrimeCon events; coordinating the cross promotion of digital assets with CrimeCon and compiling engagement reports
- Raising PO’s as requested

Digital
- Content scheduling - supporting digital coordinators in day-to-day activities (emplifi, tiktok etc) - UK, Poland
- Community management across UK feeds
- Supporting content generation for new social platforms (TT, reels etc) - UK, Poland
- Supporting organic content creation across our established platforms (for English language brands UK and SA)
- Supporting website management and updates - all regions
- Assistance on new platforms where needed - FAST and Player affiliate support, with linear affiliates social team relations
- South Africa social media support

Our offering:
This role is based in the UK and working from our offices in Soho (2 days per week) and remotely from home for 3 days.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Competencies Required:
This role requires an enthusiastic and passionate individual who, approaches their work with genuine excitement and dedication. Honesty and reliability are paramount, as the individual should consistently demonstrate integrity and dependability.

Highly organized, they will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Multitasking is a key aspect of the position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to handle various responsibilities and changing priorities.

Attention to detail is essential, as they will need to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in their work. The individual should be willing to be hands-on as necessary, proactively taking on tasks at all levels to support the team.

Excellent communication skills are a must, both verbal and written, along with a collaborative approach and strong teamwork abilities.

Basic knowledge of Marketing & Social Media and competence with Microsoft packages Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are necessary as well as knowledge in the linear TV industry.

As this is an entry level role it is vital that the individual is eager to learn and is consistently looking to improve.
