Description

AKA London is looking for a passionate and committed addition to our team to assist with the delivery of our digital projects.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Project coordination for AKA’s Digital Product Development team in the UK
Resource planning and scheduling for designers and developers.
Creating scopes of work, project plans, cost estimates, and other project related documentation.
Ensuring project quality is high, reviewing outputted deliverables against scope and budget.
Attending internal project meetings and assisting in task prioritisation.
Assessing project risks on an on-going basis, escalating issues as needed.
Communicating and building relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaborating with the London Digital Studio Coordinator and New York Digital Project Manager for weekly resource plans.
**Requirements**:
Profile
Ideal for someone who has project coordination experience in a fast-paced creative, digital environment.
Exposure to managing and scheduling digital projects..
Highly organised and efficient with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with managing multiple tasks at once.
Experience of successfully balancing the requirements of multiple stakeholders.
Some knowledge of project management methodologies and how they relate to digital projects.
