**Directorate - Finance & Customer Services**
**37 hours per week, permanent**
We are looking to appoint a permanent Revenues and Benefits Support Officer working in the Debt Recovery team in Account Management, which is responsible for the delivery of Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates, Benefits, Sundry Debts and Social Care payments service.
As a Revenue and Benefits Support Officer you will provide clerical support to the service.
You must be able to work accurately, have an eye for detail and working knowledge of ICT is essential for this role. You must have proven literacy and numeracy skills and have the ability to deal with customers both in person and over the phone.
We are looking for an effective communicator who has the skills to make decisions and solve problems and is able to recognise the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction.
