- Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll for employees and contractors.
- Verifying timesheets, overtime, and other relevant data for accuracy.
- Collaborating with the finance team to reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all payroll-related regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) working in payroll administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
