**What is the role?**

We’re recruiting for a **Marketing Assistant/Intern **to join our UK Marketing team in Basingstoke.

The position will be responsible for organising, processing & delivering a wide range of administrative tasks for the UK marketing team. This role is great opportunity for someone early in their career path who is looking for a step into Marketing or a University student looking for a summer placement/internship.

**Key activities and responsibilities**:

- Work with the Marketing Manager to design and activate production of new and updated drinks labels for customer distribution.
- Manage the production, storage and print of all labels ensuring they are uploaded onto the phototype artwork system for approval, artwork is accurate, delivered on time, and distributed across both our internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that labels will be produced in accordance with the strategic product road map.
- Work with our Lavazza Coffee Expert to support on logístical requests for samples, demos and machine movements around the UK.
- Manage the successful execution of third-party product campaigns by co-ordinating all necessary steps with internal & external agencies.
- Assist Content lead on data manipulation and reporting for external and internal customer communications
- Manage all sales POS/Merchandise requests
- Monitor the UK Marketing Inbox and support the team with ad hoc administrative requests
- Organise and manage all stock holding and storage facilities, ensuring timely replenishment and delivery of day-to-day requests.
- Responsible for planning and co-ordinating all external events and ensuring all due-diligence, processes and forms are completed successfully by liaising with external providers and partners.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
