Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Recommend and optimize data-driven strategies to achieve campaign goals.
- Build and execute email nurture customer journey campaigns, measuring results and sharing insights to inform future campaigns.
- Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns, driving testing, learning, and optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.
- Work with marketers across the team and company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
- Plan seamless integration of campaigns and alliance partner campaigns within prescriptive buyer journeys and overall segment plans.
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward goal to stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in developing multi-channel roadmaps.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven culture to measure tactic and channel impacts.
- Understanding of our audiences and partner technology to success through relevant, useful communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on details.
- Experience analyzing reports in marketing automation software (Marketo preferred).
- Experience using Power BI desirable.
- Experience working in a B2B software marketing team.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Impeccable eye for detail.
- Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.
