**Who we are - Bridge-It Housing**

Bridge-It Housing are a supported housing provider, providing accommodation in shared houses across the Yorkshire and Greater Manchester region. We are a registered charity, and registered social landlord.

Due to expansion we are looking for a PSO to support predominantly across the West Yorkshire region, covering Leeds, Bradford with travel to Accrington a wider areas as re quired.

**The role**

You will work across all areas of our maintenance and PSO team, being involved in a variety of activities including:

- waste removal from properties and gardens
- garden maintenance including cutting grass and weeding
- property clear outs
- client belonging moves
- transporting built and flat furniture to the required room
- building flat pack furniture

All work we carry out is done with an ethos of “right first time” with a view to complete all work at the first visit, with a good standard of performance, high quality of work, and a positive can
- do attitude.

A van is provided for the role as travel between properties and areas is required.

We currently have 14 offices and 2 hostels in the areas we serve, with dedicated Team Leaders and Housing and Support workers in each, in addition to our maintenance team who operate across the properties in these areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
