* Negotiate fees with confidence and guide clients through the valuation process with expert advice.
* Adhere to strict compliance and regulatory requirements at all times.
About You
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in property valuation or a related sector.
Skills:
* Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficient in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and professional in all interactions.
* A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for conducting property visits.
