Senator Press Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our lithographic printing services. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence at our facilities with the flexibility of off-site work.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition**: Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries to expand the company's customer base.
2. **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
3. **Consultative Selling**: Utilise a consultative approach to understand clients' printing requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
4. **Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.
5. **Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
6. **Proposal Development**: Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations to showcase our capabilities and win new business opportunities.
7. **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the printing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' needs and objectives.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within in the printing industry.
