A Payroll Administrator is required to deliver full weekly payroll service for 400+employees. You will be responsible for the day to day processing of the weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times. This role includes the input of data relating to hourly paid and piece rate payrolls, checking and running the payroll and payroll administration.

Daily spreadsheet input of data for piece rate payroll for each relevant department.
Monitoring of hourly paid data against time and attendance system.
Efficient and accurate processing of reports to strict deadlines.
Liaising with the Agency provider to provide accurate and timely weekly payroll information.
Running the payroll.
Checking of payroll outputs.
Prepare BACs files for processing by management.
Ensuring that colleagues and HMRC queries are dealt with efficiently.
Weekly management of payroll reports.
Printing, organising and issuing of weekly payslips and implementation of epayslips.
Ensuring new starters and leavers are processed correctly and transfer to the payroll system.
Manage holiday admin and payments.
General administration tasks relating to payroll and relevant HR queries.

Experience of working within an administration role, piece rate payroll experience an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets an advantage.
Knowledge of Payroll/ HR and Time & Attendance Systems.

Efficient administration skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
