If so, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Patient Safety Lead working within the corporate patient safety team. This role provides specialist advice, support, coaching and mentorship to care group leads on patient safety incidents and promoting a positive patient safety culture within the Trust.

Daily review of incidents (online DatixWEB) and liaison with care group governance staff and clinicians as required to ensure timely review and escalation of issues.

Skilled facilitation of investigations and improvement plan development and monitoring of these through to completion.

Provision of education and training including incident management, human factors, duty of candour.
