We have an exciting opening for Project Office Co-ordinator to join our Supply Chain & Logistics Portfolio Office team who ensure we prioritise the right projects at the right time in the right way This role will be responsible for supporting our Project and Programme Managers to ensure all projects follow standard approaches for program and project management. Helping them to manage the inevitable change and promote the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and templates. Finding the simplest way to stay up-to-date with all our projects so that you can update our internal and external business partners on how they’re doing. To standardise and support the delivery of our Supply Chain & Logistics change activity (projects and programmes), and provide exemplar reports upstream.

**What you’ll do**

Your key accountabilities will include
- Establish and maintain a clear process for project approvals in line with wider business
- Make sure we have a complete set of templates used in running projects, with standard methodology examples for each
- Ensure we have the right governance in place for the projects, including change management
- Offer support to Programme & Project Managers as they undertake the following:

- Preparation and submission of Business Cases
- Project timeline planning and project team mobilisation
- Change management for any obstacles along the way
- Project closure and lessons learned
- Establish the easiest way to get core weekly updates from each project and collate these updates into a digestible format for business partners both within and outside of Supply Chain

**Who you are**

Your skills and experience will include
- A keen interest in or experience of Project Management with familiarity with Project Management methodologies Prince and Agile principles
- Experience of working in Retail and/or Supply Chain
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, influence and persuade others to move towards a common vision/goal
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
