ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT- ACTIVITIES- Handle the sales of Biesse Machines in the given territory / area, and achieve the planned sales target.
- Study the market of the given area, and provide inputs to the superiors for preparing the business plans to enhance the sales.
- Prepare annual action plans to meet the sales & order booking as per the given targets.
- Establish the good rapport with the customers, and ensure that no orders are lost to the competitors.
- Identify the potential customers, and establish the business for the Biesse’s products.
- Develop a strategic plan to promote revenue, profitability, market share, and growth.
- Identify non-recurring, and unsatisfied customers, and create win-win possibilities.
- Maintain all the required inputs in CRM, and ensure effective internal communications system.
- Facilitate & provide required support to Marketing team to organise trade shows, conference, and other marketing events to promote the business.
- Monitor the competitors’ activities and gather the information on price, products, new development, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and develop the counter the same.
- Develop good rapport with the cross-functional teams, and ensure that the sales as per the agreed terms and conditions.
- Ensure the collection of payment, and statutory forms as per the terms and conditions of the sales, in particular C forms for the sales of machines whenever applicable.
- Work closely with service department to ensure the best after-sales support, and achieve the customer satisfaction, and get the references for sales.
- Develop good rapport with product specialist to develop the market & enhance the sales

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 3/5 year experience in industry machineries
- Technical Diploma or Technical
- Availale and able to travel at national
- Problem solving attitude
- Hands-on experience in technical sales of CNC Machines.
- Experience in selling machines / capital goods will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation.
- Eagar to sell.
- Good customer networking and result orientation.
- Good knowledge of latest marketing / promotion techniques.
- Good Negotiation skills
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
