Responsibilities:
Working alongside the manager and deputy as part of a small team, in a warm, comfortable, caring environment, encouraging children to achieve and enjoy and create lasting memories. Encouraging, promoting and facilitating education, hobbies and interests. Arranging and taking part in fun activities.

Making and attending appointments for the children as and when required.

Day to day running of the home including cooking, shopping, housework.

Completing and maintaining paperwork and records to a high standard.

Be of a calm, empathetic, nurturing nature and willing to listen

Attend training as and when required.

Qualifications:

- Level 3/4/5 diploma working with children and young people - preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Clean driving licence, preferred but not essential.
- Must pass a background DBS check.
