Working for Scottish Qualifications Authority at Shawfair, the location is easily accessible from Midlothian and Edinburgh with free parking/ bus station - only 20 minutes from City Centre.
You will be part of a team who will provide administrative support for the coming exam period.

**Start date**: ASAP**Contract Length**: June 2023 initially**Pay Rate**: £11.70 per hour**Hours**: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)**Location**:Shawfair EH22 1FD**Overtime may be required**

**Main Duties**
- Provide administrative support to ensure activities are carried out accurately and according to plan and to ensure compliance with documented processes- Data entry: create and maintain records, standard reports and spreadsheets to ensure information is up-to-date, easy to access and accurate- Carry out filing of information to ensure it is stored accurately following relevant policies and procedures- Provide high levels of customer service in respect to queries ensuring responses are issued promptly, accurately and following guidelines**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills- Excellent attention to detail and able to work in a secure area with highly confidential materials- Strong IT skills Word/Excel- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
