We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working **Distribution Administrator** to ensure that all customers both internal and external, receive the best experience possible by achieving all departmental quality and performance KPIs.
**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Attend daily start and end of day meetings with the distribution supervisor to ensure the work plan is completed.
- Ensure all sales order, work in progress and internet fulfilment picking lists are printed as per agreed times.
- Ensure all rework picking lists, assembly specifications & product labels are printed a minimum of one week in advance of the scheduled rework plan.
- Prepare all relevant documentation relating to UK & International sales order shipments.
- Create any carrier labels that are required for UK & International shipments.
- Communicate with couriers, freight forwarders & shipping lines to ensure shipments are booked in, collected and delivered on time with any queries/issues being resolved promptly.
- Liaise with customer service teams with regard to shipping queries, stock issues.
- Distribute daily reports relating to sales orders, stock transfers, open internet orders, rework schedule, outstanding W.I.P. picking lists & late/due purchase orders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Distribution Administrator or a similar relevant role
- Previous experience working in a fast paced distribution environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to calmly and effectively resolve enquiries in a timely manner
**Hours**:
- Monday to Friday (day shift) 37.5 hours per week
