Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday

**Your new role**
- Supporting the HR team
- Rebranding of corporate documents
- Creation of template documents
- Co-ordination and creation of Job Description documents
- Audit and collection of documents from employees
- Data entry into HR systems

**Essential**
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very high attention to detail and organisational skills
- Data entry and administrative experience
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel - creating and maintaining documents

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in HR, desirable not essential
