As the Events Coordinator, you will be working as part of a team developing a wide range of events both onsite and externally for medical professionals across the globe.

You will be responsible for managing the full event life-cycle, so would be an ideal opportunity if you are attracted to roles that enable you to use your creative and organisation skills within a fascinating sector and amazing business.

From writing content and compiling marketing collateral, through to event promotion and delegate management whilst also including event delivery....you will be involved in every stage of the events process, and given the opportunity for you to make each event your very own.

If you want a deeper dive into the role...he is a highlight of some of your responsibilities:
Management of events in the evolving company-specific event management software and independent use of all required tools of the system:

- Coordination of training events and workshops
- Delegate journey management and optimisation
- Content writing to create awareness of events and engaging with registered delegates
- Execution of evaluations and reporting on the success of each event
- Co-ordinating closely with the Product Management and Marketing teams to understand marketing objectives and activities, contributing to the development and onsite delivery of this.
- Budget preparation

**The Successful Applicant**:
You will be passionate about marketing and events, and looking for a business and organisation where you can bring your experience and knowledge to truly make a role your own.

An interest, passion or curiosity for the scientific or medical field will definitely be advantageous, especially if you are curious about medical innovation.

However, our client is keen to hear about you if you have experience within events and marketing and have the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, have outstanding organisation skills along with the ability to work well under pressure.
