As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our customer relationship management (CRM) team. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and CRM Manager to develop and execute strategies aimed at engaging and retaining our player base. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Help segment the player database to target specific player groups.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Collaborate with all other areas of the business, to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as landing pages and banners, to support CRM campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM tools and systems. Respond to player inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Previous experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for the online gaming industry and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
