We have 3 main branches that the group operates out of : - Portland Street, Newark Road, Lincoln University, plus Newland which is overseen by Portland.

We are looking for a proactive and enthuisastic Governance and Quality Administrator to support the the Group’s medical secretaries and executive team.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong secretarial skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Touch Typist with a minimum speed of 60wpm.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) qualification or equivalent.
- Flexibility to adapt to change within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to focus within a demanding office environment, working under pressure and dealing with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
- Knowledge of how meetings are structured and experience of coordinating, planning and facilitating meetings.

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

- Diploma level secretarial qualifications or equivalent (preferred)
