**Based from East Leake, near Loughborough. Hybrid working and weekly travel to sites and suppliers.**

This role is working with Saint-Gobain central professional services. The employing team is part of the broader UK & Ireland procurement function which in turn is part of the global procurement network across Saint Gobain.

Skills, experience and qualification needed:

- Ideally at least CIPS level 4 qualified however working towards will be considered.
- Proven experience in direct raw material procurement, ideally for a large manufacturing operation.
- Exposure to category management principles, aligned to strategic supply partner management.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Evidence of leading or supporting projects delivery.
- Working knowledge and experience of NPI relating to raw material categories.
