An exciting time to join this newly created role supporting the logistics team. If you love resolving queries, meeting deadlines and play a key involvement with the financial billing and general administration support to the team, this could be the role for you.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Complete departmental Invoicing ensuring all are created accurately and sent in a timely manner
- Check deferment Statement matches charges raised to end users
- Resolution of queried invoices are completed within the agreed timescale
- Liaise with various internal teams and build effective working relationships
- Send Internal transfers to account manager at month end
- Create jobs on in-house computer system, which generates required job number and associated paperwork
- Set up and maintain files for management to use
- Ensure all reports required by management are created and sent in a timely manner
- Support the wider team with any additional tasks

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under time pressure and towards challenging targets
- Must be able to prioritise and manage their workload, requiring excellent organisational skills
- Have the ability to adapt to changing timelines
- Have great Customer Service skills
- Ability to problem solve
- PC literate (must include MS Office)
- Excellent telephone manner.

**Benefits**:

- Up to £24,000 PR, dependent on experience
