Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Utilise computerised systems for tasks such as QuickBooks and Google Suite
**Skills**:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in computerised systems for office tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Accurate data entry skills to maintain records effectively
- Proficient typing ability for correspondence and documentation
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- General office, administrative, and clerical skills to support daily operations
Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
