Job Introduction
**We are looking for a Cluster Reception Supervisor to join our Rapport team, based at our client’s offices in the heart of the City of London. Responsible for managing multiple reception sites, your role will be key in ensuring the provision of the highest level of service and meeting the customers’ needs.**

The client is one of the Europe’s largest property companies that builds and invests in buildings, spaces, and partnerships to create sustainable places, connect communities, and realise potential. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest level of service and care to the client, its customers, guests and service partners in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures.

**_This is a permanent role, 40 hours a week; Monday - Friday, covering shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM as per the client’s needs, on a shift rota basis._**

**Main responsibilities**
- Supporting different buildings, depending on the demand of the operation
- Providing the highest level of service and care to all of the client’s employees and their customers, guests, and service partners in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures
- Being responsible for all ground floor reception team members, lobby hosting withing the cluster and events coordination
- Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately

- Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
- Be confident in dealing with high profile customers and visitors in a busy corporate reception
- Have an excellent command of English, verbal and written
- Be creative, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
- Preferably have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
