With our business growing rapidly, we need to have senior leadership in our teams around the world, so that our teams and our customers have a primary point of contact to look to for guidance, ideas and support. We are looking for a Head of Business to become part of our expanding Project Management and Customer Success team with a focus on customers in the EMEA region. You will oversee and support the implementation of Foods Connected tools with our customers and contribute to account development and growth within key client sites.

The Head of Business Protein Optimise & Procurement will oversee and support the implementation and ongoing success of Foods Connected tools with our current and new customers across the product range focused on Procurement & Supply Chain including our Livestock Purchasing & Protein Optimise Solution. As part of this role, you will deliver and inspire operational excellence for the Implementation & Customer Success Team, enabling our service teams to improve customer satisfaction, deliver customer value quickly and enabling rapid business growth.

In this hands-on account management role, you will over time build a team of Implementation Specialists reporting to you responsible for customers across the EMEA region. Defining a strategy that oversees increased uptake of services and licenses for the Foods Connected software solutions, with existing customers being a key component of success in this role. Collaborating across teams with support from our internal Development, Marketing Team and Product Team will be instrumental in managing this success.

Openness to travel in this role is key to successfully helping our clients solve their toughest problems and implement solutions to improve their operations. You’ll be responsible for some of the accounts we have with Europe’s largest retailers, working to ensure the system is delivering to their Procurement & Supply Chain needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the successful implementation of new projects with customers on their usage of our Procurement & Supply Chain solutions.
- Provide consultancy services to our customers on best practice and detailed process mapping.
- Day to Day customer account management to ensure that they are maximising the potential of the system that has been implemented with them.
- Collaborate with our business development team to grow business with current customers into new areas or sectors that our solutions could be utilised in.
- Collaborate with our business development team to ensure communication to new customers on the potential of what we can offer is being done in the best way possible.
- Develop processes and strategies to ensure that we are implementing and managing customer projects in the most optimal way possible.
- Deliver ongoing support to current accounts through strategic reviews and updates to ensure they continue to see the benefit of the protein optimise solutions.
- Build and manage the workforce management strategy to improve capacity, capability, consistency, efficiency and productivity of all service teams.
- Through collaboration with Foods Connected Senior Leadership and Business Development team, contribute to the development of the company’s business development and sales strategy with key accounts across EMEA.
- Through collaboration with the Foods Connected Product Team integrate the voice of the customer into CS Operational Excellence practices, partnering with User Experience (UX) to improve customer sentiment, closing the loop on all customer feedback.
