Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk is an integral position within a small finance team responsible for the accounts payable function, you will be reporting to the Accounts Manager and/or the Finance Director.
**Client Details**
My client based in Bicester is a major UK supplier of engineering parts and services, operating across all industry sectors. They specialise in delivering a one-stop-shop for all maintenance, engineering, manufacturing and general business requirements.They are seeking an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on an initial temporary basis.
**Description**
Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities:
- Inputting purchase invoices onto Sage 200
- Dealing with any resulting queries
- Reconciling supplier statements and chasing up any missing invoices/statements
- Ensuring all documents are filed in an orderly manner
- Preparation of weekly/monthly payment runs
- Making credit card payments requested by the Sales team
- Matching credit card receipts with credit card statements
- Requesting for any missing credit card receipts
