Full Job Description
We are looking for two General Assistants for our Housekeeping Department who are committed to great customer service and would like to join our Louvre Hotel Group Family. Our hotels are open 7 days a week, 365 days per year, so we can offer flexibility to employees with various shift patterns.

We have 47 guest rooms, restaurant & bar and a meeting room, our professional and dedicated Housekeeping Attendants work behind the scenes to create the wow factor to ensure we welcome our guests with our priorities - Care, Cleanliness & Comfort. We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual, who has a keen eye for detail. You’ll have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting the highest standards.
**As a General Assistant - Housekeeping, you will be involved in duties such as**:
- Implementing & respecting chain's standard operation procedures
- Implementing corrective action after guest reviews and mystery visit
- Registering stock in & out for the linen
- Organising linen & welcome amenities
- Refilling housekeeping shelves and trolleys
- Participating in the opening and closing of the department
- Cleaning of the guest rooms, public areas and workstations
- Ensure guest safety at all times
**We also welcome applicants who have supervisory experience and are passionate about leading and training for development to become a Duty Manager in the future.**
Knowledge and skills required:
**Training**
- Knowledge of hospitality/customer service environment, desirable in hotels - housekeeping department
- Health & Safety at Work
- COSHH
- Use of OPERA and Housekeeping Reports for Room Assignment is an advantage
**Expertise **(job-knowledge, technical skills)
- Ability to understand and follow guidelines
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Housekeeping technical skills
- High standard of Cleanliness
