**Location: Swindon, London or Birmingham **(Hybrid, 2 days in the office & 3 days from home)**Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week **(Monday-Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am-4pm)**Package: competitive salary with a quarterly bonus + benefits**

**Job purpose**:

- You will join QA as an Early Engagement Officer; your focus will be to provide support to both internal & external partners and learners, you’ll assist with the successful delivery of our enrolment services whilst providing excellent customer satisfaction. This role is all about engagement, enrolment and guidance.**About You**:

- If you are customer centric, enjoy building relationship, have a meticulous eye for details, enjoy working to policies and regulations, have excellent communication and enjoy working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the role for you.**A ‘day in the life’ of an Early Engagement Officer**
- To conduct virtual enrolment calls with eligible learners and complete registration documentation in accordance with ESFA funding rules
- Identify and escalate risks to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate them
- Complete and submit all documents in line with strict regulations and governance
- Guide learners and their employers through the sign-up process, consulting learners on how to meet compliance requirements, i.e. submitting outstanding documentation
