**The role: Early Engagement Officer**

**Location: We will consider applicants from all over England if you are willing to travel to our Swindon, Birmingham or London offices. (Swindon is the preferred office)**

**Hybrid; twice a week in the office.**

**Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week**

**Monday to Thursday 9.00-5.30, Friday 9.00 to 4.00.**

**The Role**:

- Here at QA, we’re looking for a terrific Early Engagement Officer to join our amazing Operations Team. This is ideally based in Swindon, but we will consider Birmingham or London as a secondary location.Providing support to both internal & external partners and learners, you’ll assist with the successful delivery of our enrolment services whilst providing top-notch customer service. It’s all about engagement, enrolment, and guidance.**A Day in the Life of an Early Engagement Officer**:

- The Early Engagement team are responsible for the on-boarding of our apprentices to their chosen programme. We receive a sales pack from our sales colleagues and check that all of the information is correct (Attention to detail is key) If all is ok, we add the learner to our enrolment system and ask them to register for an account.-
There are also compliance checks of the documents which take place once the learner has been on a programme-launch, but this is just another sense-check to make sure we're happy with all the documents submitted.Full training will be given. Our team like to have fun as well as work hard, and although it can get stressful towards the end of the month, we fully support each other and muck in when needed. It's definitely not a "stuffy" team nor an overly corporate one.**About You**:

- This role would be a great fit if you’ve got first-rate customer-service and communication-skills, but also if you can work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining very high standards. This role calls upon you to work with and follow quite stringent ESFA funding rules, so you really will need to be comfortable doing that**We’d also love you to be able to tick the following boxes, too**:
