**Role Description**

**Duties**
The following are the main duties of the role, the list is not exhaustive as we are an evolving business and additional duties of a similar nature to those below may arise.
- Tracking and resolving customer queries
- Contacting insurers on behalf of our customers
- Booking appointments into the advisers diaries for customers
- Completing questionnaires with customers regarding their insurance policies
- Ensuring that our customer records on our CRM are kept up to date after each interaction you have with them.
- Keeping the Customer Care Team database of customer information up to date
- Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team member

**Other Details**
- 37.5 hrs per week on a flexible basis (No weekends)
- Normal business hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

The role will be on location in our office (CF24 5EA) until an initial 3 month probation period is completed. After this, a hybrid working model becomes available (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) on an optional basis. A computer, screens and accessories will be supplied if you choose to utilise the hybrid working pattern.

**Job Types**:

- Full-time, Permanent
- £23,500 basic salary per annum.
